Document templates - This suite of Health & Safety documentation comprises over 100 procedures, step-by-step guides, letters, policies and forms. These documents download instantly in Microsoft Word format for you to print onto company-headed paper.
FAQs - An online bank of answers to businesses' frequently-asked Health & Safety questions is updated continually with the answers to questions asked of our Health & Safety professionals.
Alerts - Proactive email alerts tell you what you need to know and do ahead of legally required change, and give you the tools to remain compliant.

TAS Professional Health & Safety Advice is £120 per year. It provides you with everything found in our standard service, plus unlimited telephone access to one of our legally qualified Health & Safety professionals.
The complete professional service includes:
- Professional Advice - Speak with a Health & Safety professional to receive legally reliable advice about your Health & Safety issues. You can make contact by telephone, 9am - 5pm weekdays, and receive instant, practical advice. Telephone calls are free, and you are not restricted in the number of calls that you can make during your 12-month subscription. Alternatively, email your query and receive a response within two working days.
- Completely Trackable - Incidents are given case numbers, so you can easily refer to the history of an issue. All calls are recorded and where appropriate, a follow-up email clarifies the main points of the advice given. We endeavour to provide the same professional advisor, to build a trusting relationship and save you from unnecessarily repeating information to different people.
- Compliance Trail - If you need a history of advice on which you have acted, we can supply you with an appropriate report, documenting website usage, documents downloaded, email traffic and telephone calls. This part of the service can save much time and money with a solicitor, as it pieces together the history of an incidence.
We are so confident about the advice and support that we provide that we stand behind its accuracy. If you provide us with all details of an issue and follow the advice we subsequently provide accurately and promptly, if that advice proves inaccurate and you suffer a loss as a result we will compensate you for the advice provided.
